Please note: Billesdon Surgery dispensary adheres to the ELR CCG 28-day Prescribing Policy – i.e. only 4 weeks’ worth of medications can be given per prescription.

If you would like to use this service but have not yet completed an Online Patient Access Request Form please CLICK HERE to download a request form. Complete the form and bring it to Billesdon or Bushby surgery with 2 forms of ID. You will then receive a PIN document via email within 2 weeks. When you register for a Patient Access account it will prompt you to enter the details on your PIN document.
The Online Patient Access service is available only if you have an email address as you require it to sign-in to your account.
The Patient Access website is not run or maintained by Billesdon Surgery and we are unable to change any of the wording on the website to reflect this or any other changes.
Password resets and other errors:
If you have forgotten your log-in details click on "I forgot my User ID or Password" on the sign-in screen and you'll have the option to reset them.
If you are already registered but receive error messages when you try to log-in, please visit https://support.patientaccess.com/ where you may find the answer to your question.
If you are trying to register for the first time but are receiving an error message that states "the details you have entered do not match the details held by the practice", then please telephone Billesdon reception and we'll reset your PIN and Access ID which will allow you to restart the registration process.
