Fully registered patients can now book and cancel appointments with the doctor via the internet – CLICK HERE to link to the Patient Access website.

If you would like to use this service but have not yet completed an Online Patient Access Request Form please CLICK HERE to download a request form. Complete the form and bring it to Billesdon or Bushby surgery with 2 forms of ID. You will then receive a PIN document via email within 2 weeks. When you register for a Patient Access account it will prompt you to enter the details on your PIN document.
The Online Patient Access service is available only if you have an email address as you will soon require it to sign-in to your account.
The Patient Access website is not run or maintained by Billesdon Surgery and we are unable to change any of the wording on the website to reflect this or any other changes.

Appointments with the Practice Nurse are not available via the internet (the Access website is not sophisticated enough to handle the complexity of the Nurse’s activities).
Please telephone or call-in at reception in the usual manner for appointments or services not available via the internet.
Password resets and other errors:
If you have forgotten your log-in details click on "I forgot my User ID or Password" on the sign-in screen and you'll have the option to reset them.
If you are already registered but receive error messages when you try to log-in, please visit http://patient.uservoice.com/knowledgebase where you may find the answer your question. There is also a development forum available via this link where you can make suggestions for the development of the Patient Access site.
If you are trying to register for the first time but are receiving an error message that states "the details you have entered do not match the details held by the practice", then please telephone Billesdon reception and we'll reset your PIN and Access ID which will allow you to restart the registration process.
Text messaging service for appointment reminders
If you have a mobile phone, and we have a record of your number, you will be sent a text message when you have booked an appointment either online, on the telephone or at reception. You’ll also receive text message reminders before your appointment is due.
Please do not reply to text messages that we have sent you as we may not see your messages. If you wish to change the date or time of your appointment, or if you wish to cancel an appointment then please telephone the surgery on 0116 2596206.
If you have received a reminder for an appointment you haven’t booked then please telephone the surgery at your earliest convenience so we can update your medical record with the correct mobile phone number for you.
